We are seeking a Breeding Assistance (f/m/d) to support development of competitive Sugar Beet varieties starting at earliest possibility
in full-time and for an unlimited period of time at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA location in Einbeck/Germany.
Your tasks:
- Organize and execute seed productions incl. down and upstream work like rising plants, emasculations, seed multiplications, scoring, purity checks.
- Organize and summarize trial data of yield and resistance trials.
- Maintain diverse breeding software and MS Access databases.
- Plan temporary help cost efficiently.
Your profile:
- Qualified ATA with multi-year working experience in breeding or University degree (B.Sc/FH).
- Knowledge in breeding incl. molecular markers desirable.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office i.e. Excel and Access.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and excellent team-player.
- Independent and responsible way of working.
- Good German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel (10 %).
- Driving license class B is mandatory.
